With improving numbers for the Dippers, and sliding numbers for the Liberals, I expect this critically close seat will change hands, with Mr. Rafferty defeating Mr. Boschkoff by 2000

I agree, this will be close but not as close as the last election, with the NDP taking it from the Liberals. Liberals are losing votes and the NDP is picking up steam. The Conservatives are gaining popularity too but they’re still a non-factor.

This will be a very close race on Tuesday between Boshcoff and Rafferty. The sign war is neck-and-neck throughout Thunder Bay south.
In the end, John Rafferty should be able to win this, albeit by a small margin.

John Rafferty came within something like 36 votes in the provincial election and both Thunder Bay ridings should be going NDP.
