    The site is very bias counting Independant Howard Galganov in STORMONT-DUNDAS-SOUTH GLENGARRY ridung as a long-shot dark horse. He out spending all the other candidates together in election spendings by 4 times the amount. His donation are pouring in not just from the local riding, but all across Canada. What other candidate in this riding can say they get that amount of donations? Howard a force to reckon wit, and many conservatiives and liberals candidates are going to bleed votes from him. If any riding in Canada is going to elect a independant, this riding is the one.
